Pulling the Hull back into shape
to counter the Hogging that has
happened over the years

Preparing by reefing out the old cotton

Rebolting the skeg with newly fabricated bronze bolts

Preparing the skeg for the new frames

Beginning the process of reframing by removing old frames and sistered frames

Original cracked frames cut and removed

Sawing of new oak frames

Steam bending the oak frames

Pre bending frames on a jig



New ribs clamped in place to cool

Bilges are primed and ready for the

to natural and finished
